February 28th - #58

One more quilt that lives on the bed I use at my sisters house. The tulip blocks were blocks I won at a retreat! This was the block everyone made and turned in and then we had a drawing and YEAH - I won them! I carried them around to a few more retreats, and finally after many different layouts I decided on this one. Ended up with not enough of the green I used in the center sashing, so used a darker green for the setting triangles. Also then created the single tulips in those setting triangles. Was a fun project to finally finish and always be reminded of what fun and good times are had at quilting retreats with friends.
